3DMAX has officially announced the extension of contracts with its French Counter-Strike 2 squad. The team, which has already made a name for itself at several major tournaments, remains in full force for an indefinite period, confirming the organization's intention to bet on this particular roster.

3DMAX re-established their presence in Counter-Strike at the end of 2023 by signing the Looking4Org team, which included Brian “Maka” Kanda, Lucas “Lucky” Shastang, and Pierre “Ex3rcice” Boulingue. During their performances in 2024-2025, the roster gradually gained the status of one of the most stable on the French scene.

Lineup changes and results

During the year of active performances, the team took part in the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 and regularly competed at the highest level events in 2025. A notable change was 3DMAX's decision to replace Thomas “Djoko” Pavoni with Alexander “bodyy” Pianar. With the new player, the team almost reached the playoffs in the PGL Cluj-Napoca and ESL Pro League S21. Now 3DMAX is likely to receive an invitation to Stage 2 for the Austin Major.

Competition from Gentle Mates

It is reported that Gentle Mates also applied for this roster, seeking to enter the CS2 scene. However, 3DMAX decided not to let go of their promising roster, which, according to analysts, has every chance of qualifying for the major for the second time in a row. Thus, the lineup looks like this:
