Significant changes for Yorick have appeared on the test server, slated for release in update 25.07. His Mist Walkers and Maiden have received new mechanics, and his base stats and skills have been reworked for better balance.

Base Stats

• Armor growth: 5.2 → 4.5

Mist Walkers

• Health: 110 - 212 (+20% of Yorick's health) → 110 - 400 (+15% of Yorick's bonus health)
• Damage: 4 - 90 (+20% of Yorick's attack damage) → 15 - 75 (+15% of Yorick's attack damage)
• Attack speed: 8% per level → 100% of Yorick's bonus attack speed
• Damage taken:
• From monsters: 50% → 40%
• From minions: 100% → 40%
• From AoE abilities: 50% → 66 - 40% (levels 1 - 14)
• From auto-attacks: Instant death → 200% damage

Shepherd of Souls (Passive Ability)

• Minion deaths required to create a grave: 12 / 6 / 2 (levels 1-13) → 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 / 3 / 2 (levels 1-13)

Last Rites (Q)

• Damage increase: +40% AD → +50% AD
• Cooldown: 7 - 4 sec. → 6 - 4 sec.
• [New] Now creates a grave when hitting a champion or epic monster.

Mourning Mist (E)

• Damage: 15% of current health (70 - 210 minimum, 70% AP) → 70 - 210 (100% AP)
• Maximum damage to monsters: 70 - 210 → no limit
• Movement speed of Walkers and Maiden towards marked target: 20% → 30%
• No longer increases the damage of 8 Mist Walker attacks.
• [New] Marked target loses 18-30% armor for 4 seconds.

Eulogy of the Isles (R, Ultimate Ability)

• Maiden's damage: 0 / 10 / 40 (+50% of Yorick's AD) → 60 / 90 / 120 (+30% of Yorick's bonus AD)
• Maiden's health: 400 - 1650 (+60% of Yorick's health) → 1050 - 3200 (+50% of Yorick's bonus health)
• Maiden's damage to marked target: 2% / 2.5% / 3% of target's maximum health → 1.5% / 1.75% / 2%

Yorick has received a significant update that changes his playstyle. The enhancements to Mist Walkers and the Maiden will aid him in the late game, but reduced damage and changes in mechanics will make him less effective in snowballing.
