Patch 25.07 brings chaos and fun to the Rift: Shaco and Garen in penguin costumes entertain alongside party dragons, cat minions, and speed platforms. These changes are temporary and only affect non-ranked games. Yorick has been updated, LeBlanc's visuals improved, and the fountain healing system reworked.

Until the next update, a free Garen penguin costume will be available, and hidden "easter eggs" will appear in the game. The Penguin costume will leave the Rift in two weeks.

Main Changes

Party Drake (Summoner's Rift)

• Party Drake Soul: Grants +30% movement speed within 650 units of allies.
• For every 5% bonus movement speed: +1% to attack power and ability power.
• Dragon Slayer Buff: Provides a gift with 150–250 gold and a disco aura for allied minions.

Map

• Disco platforms added in the jungle and base, providing temporary speed boosts.
• A duck disco ball now appears at the base, granting a movement speed boost when activated.

SHACO'S MAYHEM (Summoner's Rift and ARAM)

• Cat Shaco boxes appear on the map, giving random effects.
• For every 10 charges of the effect, a small gift can be obtained.

Like ARAM, but Faster

• Summoner spell acceleration increased by 200%.
• Fizzing drink now costs 300 gold and stacks infinitely.
• The appearance of Snowball has been slightly altered.

LeBlanc Visual Update

Models, animations, skill icons, voiceover, and skins have been significantly improved. As a result, the cost of some skins has been increased:

• "LeBlanc the Illusionist" – 520 RP → 750 RP.
• "Ravenborn LeBlanc" – 975 RP → 1350 RP.

Essence Emporium Returns!

Essence Emporium is available again until the release of update 25.09. A new offering has been added – the "Temple Connoisseur" title for 250,000 BE.

Game Mode Changes

Easy Mode now replaces Quick Game in all regions. Normal Draft Mode will be available during limited hours:

• JP1, SG2, OC1 – from 5 PM to 3 AM local time.
• KR1 – available continuously.
• ME1 – unchanged (from 7 PM to 5 AM).

Players can now choose between Easy Mode and Normal Draft Mode depending on the time and region.

Upcoming Skins

The update announced new skins available for purchase or from chests for champions including Urgot, Malphite, Braum, Shaco, Naafiri, and a free skin for Garen.

Additionally, developers will fix numerous minor bugs. Patch 25.07 for LoL is now available in the game.
