• Rabadon’s Deathcap: 3600 → 3500 gold
• Stormsurge: 2900 → 2800 gold
• Hextech Rocketbelt: 2600 → 2700 gold
• Lich Bane: 3200 → 2900 gold
• Horizon Focus: 2700 → 2900 gold

Parameter Changes:

• Malignance: skill power 85 → 90
• Liandry’s Torment: skill power 70 → 60
• Seraph’s Embrace: shield 250 (+20% of current mana) → 150 (+15%)
• Bloodletter’s Cursce: health 350 → 400, skill power 60 → 65
• Hextech Rocketbelt: health 350 → 400, skill power 60 → 65
• Horizon Focus: skill power 75 → 110
• Lich Bane: skill power 115 → 100

Other Changes:

• Stormsurge no longer grants 30 gold if the target dies before the Surge effect
• Horizon Focus no longer increases damage to enemies by 10%
• Lich Bane is now assembled from Blasting Wand instead of Needlessly Large Rod
