Other Changes:

  • Stormsurge no longer grants 30 gold if the target dies before the Surge effect
  • Horizon Focus no longer increases damage to enemies by 10%
  • Lich Bane is now assembled from Blasting Wand instead of Needlessly Large Rod

These changes demonstrate Riot Games' commitment to balancing the impact of magic items. Some have become more accessible, while others are less effective or more expensive, encouraging players to seek new effective combinations. These innovations are expected to significantly alter the mid-lane meta in upcoming patches.
