Gamescom in 2025 will be held from August 20 to 24 within Cologne. Press people can visit August 20 while the public can join starting August 21.

Opening Night Live will begin with the event on August 19 at 8:00 PM CEST or 11:00 AM PDT. You can watch it on YouTube as well as Twitch along with the official Gamescom site.

Opening Night Live starts on August 19 at 20:00 CEST so people can watch it upon YouTube, Twitch, as well as the official Gamescom website.

Xbox Gamescom live streams will be broadcast by YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook. These streams are going to be hosted on August 20 and also on August 21.

A special live broadcast straight from the exhibition floor is going to follow The Future Games Show starting on August 20 at 20:00 CEST. Best of Gamescom airs on August 24 the final episode.

Awesome Indies Showcase will take place on August 21 at 18:00 CEST, featuring the most exciting indie projects.

Bethesda Broadcast will air from August 22 to 25, with exact stream times yet to be announced.

• World of Warcraft: Midnight — full expansion reveal with a new zone, housing feature, and developer panels. Demo available on-site on August 21 and 23.
• Hollow Knight: Silksong — demo available in the Xbox area (PC and ROG Ally X) for the entire duration of the show.
• Xbox Showcase — over 20 games including Borderlands 4, PowerWash Simulator 2, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Cronos: The New Dawn, and more. A portable Xbox console announcement is also possible.
