Stick of Truth Mythic Changes the Game

The South Park collab isn't just cosmetics. Update 39.20 introduces the Stick of Truth Mythic, a single-use item that can modify the storm circle. Based on the RPG 'South Park: The Stick of Truth,' this Mythic will spawn at the new Cartmanland POI (replacing Wonkeeland).
