Is it worth spending Robux on the Anti Bee Egg in Grow a Garden, or should I just grind the Bizzy Bear Honey Crafter quest? What are your experiences with the drop rates?

Just do the quest! You get 5 eggs for free and can restart it. Why waste Robux when you can grind?

The drop rates are brutal. 0.25% for Disco Bee is insane. I opened 20 eggs and got mostly Wasps

I'd recommend doing the quest first to get your free 5 eggs, then decide if you want to buy more based on what you get. The Tarantula Hawk is actually pretty decent with that 25-minute pollination cycle and faster pet cooldown reduction. Even if you don't get the Disco Bee, the other legendary pets have solid abilities. The quest can be tedious but it's definitely worth completing at least once for the guaranteed eggs

Quest takes forever though. If you have spare Robux, the 10-egg bundle isn't too bad for the time saved

Always start with the quest - 5 guaranteed eggs, repeatable. It takes ~2–3 hours if efficient, much better than paying 1,269 Robux for 10 eggs. Drop rates from 47 Anti Bee Eggs: 26 Wasps (55.3%), 14 Tarantula Hawks (29.8%), 6 Moths (12.8%), 1 Butterfly (2.1%). Still hunting for Disco Bee. Disco Bee is the jackpot: 12.17% disco mutation chance every 20 min. Tarantula Hawk is very solid — 25-min pollination, 80s cooldown reduction every 5 min boosts all pets. Butterfly helps rainbow mutations but may ruin existing combos. Wasps and Moths offer decent utility, but less impactful. Recommendation: Do quest 2-3 times for 10-15 free eggs. If no Disco Bee after that, consider buying the 10-egg bundle during Robux sales; single eggs have terrible value. Even without Disco Bee, all pets are legendary and help your garden. Pro tip: Save eggs for luck boost events!
