The current maximum level in Titan Quest 2 is at forty now. Since August 2025, the cap applies to the game's Early Access version. If players explore the world, defeat enemies, and complete side and main quests, they can reach level 40.
Character progression stops after this level is reached, but available high-level content remains. The game does notably feature some special Ritual Shrines. These shrines allow players to respawn bosses in addition to increasing the game's difficulty. This continues with developing the character. Leveling is not needed further for this. However, a customary New Game+ system is absent here.
Titan Quest 2 full release which is estimated for 2026 may see the level cap get increased, developers have confirmed. This makes sense, if we consider that in the original Titan Search, the initial level cap was 75 along with expansions later increasing it to 85.
In summary, the current level cap is at 40. The game's full release should include a limit increase with new challenge progression systems.
