The recent Everdawn Realm update in Raise Animals has changed the game's progression system by adding a new resource — Mana Fragments. These fragments are the key to crafting Mana Crystals, a currency used to summon three powerful and exclusive animals.
In this guide on Mana Crystals, we'll help you understand what they are, how to use them, and why they matter.
What are Mana Crystals in Raise Animals?
Mana Crystals are a new special resource added as part of the Everdawn Realm expansion for Raise Animals. Each crystal gives you a chance to summon one of three exclusive animals: Kirin, Unicorn, or Kitsune. They cannot be purchased with coins or rubies, nor do they drop from regular runs. The only way to obtain them is by collecting Mana Fragments in the Everdawn biome and purchasing crystals in the Fantasy Shop.
One Mana Crystal requires four Mana Fragments. Once purchased, you simply open it and randomly receive one exclusive creature. The odds are equal, so you may need several crystals to complete the set.

How to Enter the Everdawn Realm in Raise Animals
You can enter the Everdawn Realm through the Gate to Everdawn portal. It appears directly on the lobby floor once an hour and remains open for only ten minutes. During this time, players must enter to access the dimension. Inside, you'll find yourself in the Everdawn hub with platforms, crystalline structures, and a new shop run by a fairy NPC.

How to Obtain a Mana Crystal in Raise Animals
Once you enter the Everdawn Realm, approach the fairy vendor sitting at the counter. Press and hold the E button to enter her shop. The fairy offers three items that can be exchanged for Mana Fragments.

Here's a list of items you can trade with the fairy for Mana Crystals:
Item | Price | Description |
Mount Potion (Rainbow) | 8 Mana Fragments | Gives a rainbow effect for the mount |
Mana Crystal (Rainbow) | 4 Mana Fragments | Used to summon exclusive animals |
Fantasy Fence (Exclusive) | 10 Mana Fragments | Decorative fence for your zoo |
Mana Crystals are the cheapest in Raise Animals, and this is intentional, as players will need many of these crystals. So, to get Mana Crystals, you'll need more Mana Fragments.

How to Obtain Mana Fragments in Raise Animals?
Mana Fragments drop in the Everdawn biome during the Crystal Fall event. The mechanics are similar to Meteor Falls and Dino Egg Falls from previous game events. To start collecting Mana Fragments, make sure you select Everdawn in the map selection window before starting a run.

After that, wait to enter random Crystal Fall events, which create a chance for fragments to appear, which you can then spend on Mana Crystals or other desired rewards from the fairy shop.

How to Obtain Kirin / Unicorn / Kitsune in Raise Animals
Each Mana Crystal allows you to obtain exactly one of the three creatures (chance — 33%), chosen randomly. All of them belong to the exclusive class and appeared in the Everdawn update. They cannot be obtained by any other means.
Kirin | Unicorn | Kitsune | |
Rarity | Exclusive | Exclusive | Exclusive |
Speed | 16–24 | 20–26 | 16–24 |
Number of Hearts | 3 | 2 | 3 |
Chance of Obtaining | 33% | 33% | 33% |
- Kirin Ability: Kirin's horn charges with lightning for 10 seconds. If no collision occurs, a lightning strike is created, destroying surrounding objects and providing a speed boost for each destroyed object.
- Unicorn Ability: temporarily slows down when a rainbow aura appears around the horn. Releases a pulse from the horn, charming surrounding animals and reducing their taming time.
- Kitsune Ability: occasionally enters the Spirit World, transforming all animals into spirits and blocking their abilities. Kitsune also passes through obstacles and absorbs animal spirits to increase the duration of the Spirit World and gain speed.
