Path of Exile 2 Release Date

Path of Exile 2 is releasing its Early Access version at 11:00 AM, December 6, 2024 (PST). Early Access is expected to run in the next 6 months, but the developer did mention that the team would take as much time as they need to finalize the game for official release.

Early Access typically lasts over 6 months, so anticipate Path of Exile 2's official launch sometime in May 2025.

Available Platforms for Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2 will launch on PC (Windows), PlayStation5, and Xbox Series. You can play the game on PC via Steam or its standalone PC client.

The game would not be available for MacOS users but the developers confirmed they will add support for the platform as soon as possible.

Path of Exile 2 takes you into the familiar land of Wraeclast, a dark and grim fantaysy land scattered with all types of creatures and monsters. 

In this game, Grinding Gear Games introduces a new campaign with six acts. They host 100 unique environments, 600 monsters, and a whopping 100 bosses. In the Early Access, you would first gain access to 50 bosses but it will increase as the developers continue to add updates to the game.
