The Grow A Garden Working Bees event introduced a wide variety of new materials you can use in your gardening journey, including a bunch of new seeds to plant! One of the new seeds is the Suncoil - a vibrant, sunflower-like plant that can be harvested an unlimited number of times.
The Suncoil is a new, valuable plant to craft, with even its basic-sized crop selling for over $200,000. It has a single stem, meaning it doesn’t take up much space in your garden, and it grows a flower at a time.
If you’re interested in planting your own Suncoil, you can craft the seed yourself by gathering a few materials.
Here’s how to get the Suncoil, along with several useful tips along the way.
Make your way to the station labeled “CRAFTING” in the center of the map. You’ll see two crafting tables - one for tools and one for seeds. The Suncoil, along with many other new plants, is available to craft at the seed station located on the right side.
Interact with the station and scroll to find Suncoil at the very bottom. Pressing “Craft” will show you the recipe display and the materials to submit. You’ll need x1 Crocus, x1 Daffodil, x1 Dandelion, x1 Pink Lily, and x40 Honey to craft the Suncoil seed.
Suncoil is likely the most difficult plant to craft in the station, requiring quite a bit of grinding and pre-crafting. Here’s how to get the required materials:
If you want to skip the grind and don’t mind spending Robux, you can pay 749 Robux to start crafting immediately without submitting any of the materials.
Once you’ve submitted all the materials for the Suncoil recipe, you need to wait for 45 minutes for it to finish crafting. You can tend to your garden or collect more honey in the meantime. And if you need to log off, don’t worry - the timer continues even when you’re offline!
After planting the Suncoil, it takes quite some time for it to fully bloom. Utilize Watering Cans to speed up growth and use sprinklers, including the new ones, to prompt bigger harvest!
