The Everlasting Gaze Azure Amulet is a great piece of loot if you're using a class that burns through mana like there is no tomorrow, like the Sorceress for example. Drops from the campaign

Bear in mind, while it does say this item can be dropped from the campaign, its base level is level 39, meaning the Everlasting Gaze Azure Amulet can only be obtained in the campaign starting from Act 3 onwards, therefore don't waste your time grinding for the drops in the first two acts of the Path of Exile 2 campaign. Once you're level 39, we recommend stacking the effect Rarity of Items Found on as much gear as possible. This will significantly increase the drop rate of the Everlasting Gaze Azure Amulet

Using the Orb of Chance

At this point, players should be very comfortable using the Orb of Chance to roll high valued gear in Path of Exile 2. The Orb of Chance will convert low-tier gear into high valued items, and players will have the chance to roll for a Everlasting Gaze Azure Amulet. If you are one of the players that have never used the Orb of Chance properly while playing through the first three acts, simply right click on the low valued item you don't mind losing to the Orb, and then left click on the Azure amulet.
