Have you ever spent ages crafting the perfect outfit in Dress to Impress but felt reluctant to part with it? If you’re new to the game, you might not know that there’s a feature that allows you to save your hard work! This handy tool lets you preserve and name your creations, so you can revisit and reuse them anytime. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to save outfits and why it’s a must-use feature.
How to Save Outfits in Dress to Impress
Saving outfits in Dress to Impress is quick and easy. First, create the outfit you want to save during the Preparation phase. Make sure to manage your time well, as you require additional time to save your outfit. However, if you don’t save it then, don’t worry - you can still save it after the runway and Intermission phase ends.
Once your outfit is complete, head over to the dressing room area and step into one of the booths. On the right-hand side of your screen, locate the button with a door icon and click it. Then, press the + button to add the current outfit to your saved collections.
You’ll be prompted to name your outfit. Choose a descriptive name that captures the essence of your look - it’ll make browsing through your saved outfits much easier in the future. Finally, click Save, and your outfit will be stored for future use. You can access it anytime by visiting the dressing room!
Why Save Outfits?
You might wonder, why bother saving outfits when you could simply recreate them later? While that’s technically possible, recreating intricate looks can be time-consuming and frustrating.
Saving outfits is especially useful for complex designs that involve layers, accessories, and precise combinations. By saving your creation, you can instantly reapply it in just one click, saving you precious time for future challenges.
Additionally, saving your best looks allows you to build a personal collection of styled outfits, making it easier to revisit or adapt your favorite designs for new themes.
