In Sniper Elite: Resistance, workbenches are essential for upgrading weapons with attachments that improve accuracy, recoil control, magazine size, and stealth capabilities. Each mission contains three types of workbenches: Rifle, SMG, and Pistol. While the first mission has only one workbench, and the final mission lacks any, all other campaign missions include three workbenches.

Mission 1: Behind Enemy Lines
Pistol Workbench From the starting location, zipline down and eliminate the enemy under the bridge. Progress through the level until you reach the first patch of tall grass. A house will be directly in front of you. Enter the open door, turn left, and remove the planks blocking the door frame. The workbench is inside.

Mission 2: Dead Drop
Rifle Workbench Located at the westmost workbench icon, this workbench is at a higher level. Access it by climbing stairs or vaulting over crates. Pick the lock on the gate to enter the room with the workbench.
SMG Workbench Found in the center of the map. Enter the room by picking the locks on either of the gates.
Pistol Workbench Located at the top right of the map. Move to the right side, then descend a staircase under the building. Pick the lock of the gate at the bottom to access the workbench.

Mission 3: Sonderzuge Sabotage
Rifle Workbench Cross the river via the west-side bridge. The workbench is inside a dockhouse with open doors.
SMG Workbench Near the first warehouse, move down the stairs while evading enemies. Find a blue door that requires lockpicking. The workbench is inside.
Pistol Workbench From the starting point, cross the eastern bridge and go through the railyard. Enter the building at the end, pick the lock of a gate with stairs behind it, and head to the top floor. The workbench is in a room down the hallway.

Mission 4: Collision Course
Rifle Workbench Located to the right of the dam at the top of the map. Enter the building from the bottom, turn right, and unlock the door in the engine room to find the workbench.
SMG Workbench Near the middle bridge. Pick the lock on a gate, then enter a shed with a hole in the ground. Climb down the ladder and follow the path to the workbench.
Pistol Workbench From the starting point, zipline down and head to the southwestern houses. Climb vines under a two-story house window, turn right, and find the workbench inside. This one unlocks a 6x Pistol Scope.

Mission 5: Devil’s Cauldron
Rifle Workbench Located in a building with a zipline and a cross at the top. Enter through the ground level and unlock the wooden door. The workbench is in the basement.
SMG Workbench Found inside a blockhouse (a surface-level bunker). No lockpicking required.
Pistol Workbench Head to the northwest workbench icon to find an underground bunker. Use a satchel charge (or find the key on an officer) to enter the Factory Armoury. The workbench is inside.

Mission 6: Assault on Fort Rouge
Rifle Workbench Inside the underground facility, progress the mission until you need to search for clues. Go up the metal stairs to the second floor and move counterclockwise along the outer wall. Find a door requiring a satchel charge, blast it open, and enter the room to find the workbench.
SMG Workbench Located underground, requiring a satchel charge to enter. Follow the path to find the workbench along the left wall.
Pistol Workbench In the middle of the map inside a cemetery shed. Pick the lock to enter and access the workbench.

Mission 7: Lock, Stock, and Barrels
Rifle Workbench In a house with a waterwheel on the southwest side of the map. Climb vines to enter a second-floor window. The workbench is inside.
SMG Workbench Found inside a shed in the eastmost part of the map. A ladder inside leads to the floor where the workbench is located.
Pistol Workbench Located in a blockhouse in the northwest. Eliminate the enemies inside to obtain a key from an officer, or use a satchel charge to gain access.

Mission 8: End of the Line
Rifle Workbench Inside a large building in the center of the map. Go to the second level and enter the Blockhaus Armoury. If the officer carrying the key is missing, use a satchel charge to open the door.
SMG Workbench A glitch may prevent the workbench icon from displaying. It is located inside the facility past the large doors. Enter the caged-off area, go upstairs, leap to a ledge, and enter an office to find the workbench.
Pistol Workbench Located at the eastmost icon. Climb vines on the side of a building, shimmy along a white-painted beam, and climb up. Pry open the wooden boards, descend a ladder, and enter the room with the final workbench of the game.

Finding all workbenches in Sniper Elite: Resistance will provide players with key weapon attachments, making stealth gameplay significantly easier. These upgrades will be particularly useful in Survival Mode and when tackling higher difficulty settings. Ensure to collect all workbenches before exfiltrating a mission, as restarting is the only way to recover missed ones.
