Xtreme Gaming Secures Second Slot at Dreamleague S25: Results of the Chinese Qualifier

On January 11, the closed qualifier for the DreamLeague Season 25 for China saw its final matches, where teams competed for the second slot in the main stage of the tournament. By the end of the game day, the team that joined Yakult’s Brothers was determined.

In the grand final, Xtreme Gaming defeated Team Tidebound. The match ended with a score of 2:1, it is worth noting that Team Tidebound had chances to win 2:0 if they hadn't given up a comeback. Overall, Xtreme Gaming felt unstable during the qualification, losing maps against much weaker teams, notably the first match of today against Titan where they almost gave away the series.

It's worth highlighting the performance of Team Tidebound, as they were the ones to send Xtreme Gaming to the lower bracket, but they couldn't keep up for the second series.
