The organization Natus Vincere has made changes to the coaching staff of their Dota 2 teams. The main roster is now led by Milan “MiLAN” Kozomara, while the youth team coach has become Maxim "TheHeartlessKing" Fadeev.

MiLAN is a former professional player with over a decade of experience on the pro scene, having competed twice at The International. In recent years, he worked as a coach at Into The Breach and Nouns Esports, with whom he achieved qualification for PGL Wallachia Season 1, Riyadh Masters 2024, and The International 2024. He will now develop NAVI with the roster of Shad, sanctity-, BOOM, QBFY and kaori.

Before the start of the qualifiers for PGL Wallachia Season 4, Maxim “TheHeartlessKing” Fadeev joined NAVI Junior on a trial basis as the new coach. Under his leadership, the team successfully passed the selection and secured a spot in the LAN tournament, after which he signed a full contract with the club.

Fadeev is an experienced coach who has been working on the pro scene since 2017. He previously coached Team Spirit, ESPADA, HellRaisers, and other teams.
