All teams that passed through the regional qualifiers to the main stage of the FISSURE Universe: Episode 4 have been determined, which will take place in an online format. The qualifiers took place in six regions: Western Europe, Eastern Europe, China, Southeast Asia, North America, and South America.
Western Europe:
In Western Europe, two slots to the main stage of the tournament were up for grabs. The first to secure a spot was Night Pulse — Kyial "Kami" Tairov's team defeated Nigma Galaxy, Zero Tenacity, and in the upper bracket final, they beat Gaimin Gladiators with a 2:0 score.
The second slot went to Gaimin Gladiators. After losing in the upper bracket, they managed to recover in the lower bracket and earned a spot. In the decisive match, Gladiators defeated the Yakult Brothers with a 3:0 score.

Eastern Europe:
The second spot was secured by One Move. After falling to the lower bracket, they won a tense game against ASAKURA with a 3:2 score and advanced to the main stage of the tournament.

China:
In China, one slot was contested, with only four teams participating in the qualifiers. The spot in the main stage of the tournament was claimed by Team Tidebound, who defeated The Goal of All Life Is Death and Titan, then played against Titan again in the grand final, winning with a 3:1 score.

Southeast Asia:
In Southeast Asia, one slot was also contested. The main favorites of the qualifiers, BOOM Esports, passed the selection without much difficulty, defeating Execration, then met Moodeng Warriors twice: first losing in the upper bracket final, then confidently winning in the grand final with a 3:1 score.

South America:
In South America, teams contested one slot. The region's favorites, M80, passed the qualifiers without much difficulty, defeating Team Compromiso, Looking for Org, and then again Team Compromiso in the finals with a 3:0 score.
