How to Add Friends in Infinity Nikki

Step 1: Create an Account and Complete the Tutorial

Before you can start adding friends, you’ll need to create your account, choose your server, and complete the tutorial. The tutorial will guide you through your first steps in the game, taking about 15-20 minutes as you go through numerous cutscenes and dialogues. 

Step 2: Get Your Pear-Pal from Dada

After completing the tutorial, head to the Florawish Stylist's Guild. Here, you’ll meet Dada, who will give you your Pear-Pal. The Pear-Pal is a vital item in the game that serves as your core tool for adding friends, seeing the compendium, quests, and some of your key interactions within the game. This item is essential, so make sure to get it as soon as possible.

Step 3: Receive Your Chat Notification

Once you’ve received your Pear-Pal, exit the building and you’ll get a chat notification from Dada. This notification confirms that you now have access to the “Friends” tab, which will allow you to add and request friends, as well as use other social features within the game.

Step 4: Understand the Friend Code System

In Infinity Nikki, adding friends isn’t as simple as typing in usernames. Instead, you need to use a specific “friend code.” This system adds an extra layer of security and personalization to your friend requests. Here’s how it works:

• Click on your Pear-Pal (Esc button) and select the “Friends” tab.
• From here, click "Add Friends" and choose “Get Friend Code.” A prompt will pop up, showing your unique, limited-time friend code.
• This code will automatically copy to your clipboard, so you can easily share it with others.

Step 5: Share Your Friend Code

Once you’ve obtained your friend code, you can pass it on to others, or receive theirs in return.  When you receive a friend code, you’ll need to enter it into the game to add the other player as a friend.

Step 6: Add a Friend

To add someone, open the “Friends” tab again and look for the “Add Friend” option. Paste the friend code into the text field at the top-right of your screen. Once you enter the code, the user linked to that code will appear in the list. Simply click the "+" icon on their name card and click "Confirm". They’ll be added to your friend list immediately!

Can You Play Infinity Nikki with Friends?

Unfortunately, Infinity Nikki does not feature multiplayer functionality at the moment. There are no specific features for playing with friends directly within the game, but the developers have hinted that they may add multiplayer elements in the future.

Currently, the only social aspects available are chatting with your friends and viewing each other's profiles. These profiles display information such as a personalized motto that reflects their style, their in-game achievements and milestones, and their rank, which shows their progress in the game.

While the game doesn’t have multiplayer features yet, these social tools allow you to interact with your friends and keep track of their progress!
