The Flashbang grenade in Counter-Strike 2 is the shortest in duration - it can blind you for a maximum of 4.87 seconds if you look directly at it while it's being triggered.
Both the CT incendiary grenade and the Molotov cocktail in T burn for exactly 7 sec. Keep in mind that the damage immediately after it starts will ignite lower than if you walk into a "flamed" area.
The longest lasting grenade in CS2 is the smoke grenade. An invisible veil will stay on a certain point for 20 seconds. Unlike in CS:GO, in the new version of the shooter it can be temporarily partially dispelled for a few seconds with a fragmentation grenade.
Decoy grenade, aka "decoy", will make sounds for 15 seconds. It can also copy the sounds of grenade lineups being executed and opening smoke screen, but otherwise it is not so useful.
