This is a historic CS2 major tournaments in 2025, as for the first time 32 teams will take part in the tournament instead of the usual 24. This is the first major in history to be held in Austin. The United States gets a rare opportunity to host a top tournament with an expanded format. BLAST.tv Austin Major will be a magnet for all CS2 fans in North America. The tournament format will include the Opening Stage, where 16 teams will compete for a place in the final part along with 16 invited teams. The playoffs will also be held in a single-elimination format, adding to the excitement of each match.
