HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH and as predicted, vac 3.0 did absolutely NOTHING to stop the cheating and the infestation continues. Yesterday 50% of my games had a Waller and aim toggler in it. Fun times, Volvo will never bother fixing this as that hurts their revenue, less people buying their micro transaction garbage. But in economics scarcity = value, therefore actually banning and reducing supply of skins etc and enforcing bans would in fact raise the value to skins. But valve is valve and dumb people will usually stay dumb people, and thus nothing will improve in CS2 until people just stop buying cases and skins. Boycotting is the only way to force change, hit their revenue and watch them suddenly care about 'integrity' and 'fair play'. As long as you kiddies keep feeding them cash for a trash product, they will deliver a trash product.
