They could have been the only ones to win four consecutive LSC titles from 2021 to 2024, but one fight, one Rakan play, performed by HLE, stopped their domination in the very finals on the fifth game. This is the only thing that separated them from a record that most likely no one will ever be able to surpass.

Meet Generational Gaming—better known as GenG.

This team emerged from Samsung's lineup in 2018, and it only took them two years to start their total domination in Korea. Their squad has always been among the strongest possible—mechanically skilled, tactically savvy, and supported by a world-class coaching staff that could be envied by the best teams in other disciplines.

The only thing they lack is international titles, which have proven elusive. However, their roster for next year gives us great hope for perhaps the first GenG Worlds title.
