However, official access to the weapon is scheduled for later in the season. Despite this, there are already ways to unlock the KC17 early. Here’s how you can do it:

Early Access via Operations Mode

The most effective way to unlock the KC17 right now is by playing in Operations mode. In this mode, players can find weapons inside special cases. If you're lucky enough to find a case containing the KC17 and successfully extract it (complete the match while carrying the case), the weapon will automatically be added to your arsenal in the main Warfare mode.

Many players on forums and Reddit have already confirmed this method. Cases with the KC17 most often appear on maps like Zero Dam (Normal), Tide Prison, and similar. After a successful extraction, the weapon remains permanently in your inventory.

Potential Unlock via the Armory

During the second half of the season, the KC17 can be acquired in the Armory, in which the unlocking will be by the completion of a few tasks or missions. It will be a much easier process, as the searching for the cases or taking the risk of loss during the time of the extractions will not be the concern. Currently, the operation of this has not yet begun, so wait for the next game updates.

Future Event or Limited-Time Mode

In previous seasons, some new weapons were made available through limited-time events. Developers might launch a similar event for the KC17, possibly with challenges such as kill counts or participation in specific matches. While there’s currently no official confirmation of such an event, it’s worth following the game’s official channels — the Discord server, Steam page, or developer social media accounts.

For now, the best strategy is to play Operations, locate cases, and extract the KC17 manually. This gives you the chance to try out the new weapon before it becomes widely available.
