zakk urged PGL to ensure proper conduct of RMR

Imperial team's coach for Counter-Strike 2, Rafael "zakk" Fernandes, has spoken about the need to improve conditions for conducting RMR (Regional Major Rankings) tournaments. These competitions are key to determining the participants of the majors, including the upcoming PGL Major Copenhagen 2024.

zakk emphasized the importance of proper conditions for players who prepare for these events over months. He noted that during the last American RMR in Monterrey, there were significant issues, including internet problems in the training hall and the coach's headset not working during the first game. He also mentioned about breaks in the game against Complexity, which lasted at least 20 minutes due to internet issues. The Imperial coach called on PGL to ensure proper conditions for the next RMR tournaments.

Last RMR, for sympathy, I decided not to post the enormous amount of mistakes and problems my players faced. For example, the internet in the pracc room was dropping for at least 2 days. My headset in the first game in RMR did not worked (lol). Internet problems which made Our game vs coL to pause for at least 20 min. And I remember many of my colleagues from other teams complaning. I don't even know if we going to get there but please, PGL, for the sake of players who prepare for months for this event, take a good care of our RMR.

PGL, which organizes PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, plans to hold three RMR tournaments: in Shanghai (Asia), Monterrey (America), and Bucharest (Europe). The Imperial team will participate in the American RMR.

Currently, PGL has not responded to zakk's call. The coach expressed hope that his comments will help improve conditions and ensure fair and comfortable conditions for all participants of the upcoming RMR tournaments.
