XTQZZZ is back to Vitality

Rémy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam has returned to the role of head coach at Vitality. He replaced Danny "zonic" Sorensen, who joins Falcons on November 1.

The Frenchman's last job was with TSM, where he spent only two months. Prior to that, in the first half of the year, XTQZZZZ helped Vitality prepare for the victorious major. Even earlier, the coach worked for almost a year in G2.

This is the second time XTQZZZZ has become Vitality's head coach. His previous tenure lasted three years (from the end of 2018 to the end of 2021). During this period, the team won eight notable tournaments and entered three majors, two of which reached the playoffs (StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 and PGL Major Stockholm 2021).

The next tournament for Vitality will be Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2023, which will start on October 16 and last for a week. The prize pool of the 16-team tournament is 250,000$. However, XTQZZZZ does not have time to attend this event, so he will be replaced by assistant coach Mathieu "MaT" Leber, with whom the team won Gamers8 2023.
