Vitality advance to Blast Premier Spring Final, crushing G2

The first match in the final round of the Knockout Stage at Blast Premier Spring Groups has been finished, and the first team to Spring Final has been decided.

Vitality faced G2, who took first place in group A. Vitality reached the final round winning a MIBR yesterday.

Vitality picked Inferno and showed their prime shape on that map. The first half wasn’t fortunate for them as G2 were fighting back to win 8 rounds out of 15. However, on the CT side, Vitality showed confident performance, winning the map with a score of 16-10.

G2 decided to play Mirage, and it was their best performance in 2022 so far. Vitality didn’t have any chance in both halves, and their opponents finished the game with a score of 16-4.

Dust 2 was left over, and this decider was thrilling. Vitality were dominating on the CT side while G2 were struggling with their attack, and the first half ended with 10-5. However, in the second half, G2 started to come back and were pretty successful, but it was not enough, and Vitality managed to finish the game with a score of 16-12.

Vitality proceed to Blast Premier Spring Final while G2 fall to the Last Chance Stage to face MIBR.
