After today's update of Counter-Strike 2, the last CS:GO Major capsules from BLAST.tv Major Paris 2023 disappeared from the game. They were in the game for 153 days, setting a record compared to previous Major series tournaments:

  1. BLAST.tv Major Paris 2023 - 153 days (May 5, 2023 - October 5, 2023)
  2. IEM Rio Major 2022 - 123 days (October 22, 2022 - February 22, 2023)
  3. RMR 2020 - 113 days (January 28, 2021 - May 21, 2021)

BLAST.tv Major Paris 2023 took place from May 8 to May 21 in France. The tournament was the 19th Major in history and had a prize pool of $1,250,000. Victory at the event was claimed by the Vitality team, who defeated GamerLegion in the final with a score of 2:0.

For the French organization, BLAST.tv Major Paris 2023 was the first Major victory in history. The team included Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen, for whom this was the fifth Major victory in his career. The Dane is the most successful player in CS:GO history in terms of Major victories.
