The streaming platform Twitch has made changes to its community guidelines concerning undesirable content. Now, advertising for websites that offer gambling on in-game items, including CS:GO skins, is prohibited.
From the phrasing of Twitch's community guidelines, it appears that the restriction applies not only to the display of gameplay on corresponding portals, but also to any promotion methods, including banners and other integrations. Furthermore, the ban extends to gambling on skins, not just from CS:GO, but from other games as well. However, specific examples of games were not provided by Twitch platform representatives.

Earlier, Twitch added updated tags for broadcasts with adult-oriented content. Content creators are required to use these new labels to warn viewers about broadcasts featuring sexual scenes, mentions of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, violence, and other similar topics.
