TSM CEO Andy Dinh has confirmed that the organization is not giving up on the idea of returning to CS:GO. As before, they plan to assemble the roster in the second half of 2023.

We’re planning to enter CS:GO sometime later this year which is a larger investment than all of the games we’ve left combined
TSM is always evaluating what esports ecosystems are best to invest in and will continue to enter & exit games
On the other hand, it is unlikely that the organization will spend money on buying players from Tier-1 organizations, as Cloud9 did in 2020, instead focusing on free agents. There are no rumors or insights yet on who TSM is looking at, but most likely this information will appear after the end of the major in Paris.
Remember that Twistzz, cadiaN, karrigan, device, dupreeh, Xyp9x, and other well-known esports players performed for TSM in various iterations from 2015 to 2017.
