tN1R: “I don't feel pressure now — I can only work on myself”

Team Spirit player Andrey “tN1R” Tatarinovich gave an emotional interview to James Banks at Blast Rivals Fall 2025, in which he talked about the atmosphere within the team, his role in supporting his teammates, the difficult period of adaptation, and his expectations for the match against The MongolZ. The player candidly explained why he ignores pressure from fans and why he criticizes his own performances.

Emotions, support, and the “inner atmosphere” at Spirit

In this excerpt, tn1r explains why he often smiles on camera even during difficult moments and how he helps those who are “tilting.” He admits that he does this intuitively — simply because he feels the need to “lift the team's spirits.”

I'm not sure I should do this. I just feel I should do it because I have the vibe to do the stuff. ... I had a lot of emotions, and I wanted to scream. I wanted to support my team because I can share my emotions.

He goes on to explain how he works with Donk's mood:

I said to him one word from one song, and he was smiling after that.

A difficult period in the game: tn1r admits that he is not showing his level

The player compared his role in Spirit to his time in Heroic, where he was a consistent star. He says outright that he is not currently performing at his best, but the team is working to help him find his optimal position and style within the lineup.

For me right now, it's really not a very good period if we look at stats. But I don't care about this really... Of course it's not good if you have a player like me and I can't show performance.

He adds that despite the community's predictions, adapting to a new team is not so easy:

Maybe on paper it looks very easy... but it doesn't work like that. And right now it's a very hard little bit period for us.

“I can only work on myself”

tn1r admits that the first tournament with Spirit was nerve-wracking, but then the pressure disappeared. He learned to ignore the negativity from some fans and considers working on himself to be the most important thing.

After the match, my pressure went down, and right now I don't feel pressure... I can only work on myself and improve myself.

He also compared it to his first period at Heroic, where the start was also very difficult:

For maybe two months, I felt uncomfortable in the team... But after that period, I started to show my performance. And I think it should be like that on this team too.

Rematch against The MongolZ: “Today we are ready”

In the final part of the interview, the player mentioned the defeat in Chengdu and explained that at that time the team simply lacked energy. This time, according to him, Spirit is much better prepared and knows how to counter their opponent.

In Chengdu, we were a little bit tired… all maps were very close. But in general, we understand what they want to do. And I think today we are ready to fight against them.
