The well-known English-speaking analyst, Duncan Shields, announced on his Twitter account that he once refused to work at IEM Sydney (year not specified) because the tournament operator ESL refused to provide the Brit with a business-class flight to Australia.

Thorin emphasized that he was willing to reduce his rate in exchange for this condition, but the company still refused. It is worth noting that a flight from Europe to Australia usually takes between 20 to 40 hours.
I was offered IEM Sydney one year but ESL refused to pay for business class, even though I said I would lower my rate accordingly, so I didn't waste my time.

Thorin last worked at an ESL tournament in September 2019 at ESL One: New York 2019. Since then, the Briton has only appeared on broadcasts of other organizers. Currently, the last event where Thorin was seen is PGL Major Stockholm 2021.
