Thorin predicts NAVI roster changes in the near future
English-speaking analyst Duncan Thorin Shields commented on the future of Natus Vincere during a live broadcast of BLAST.
Here's what Thorin said:
s1mple - the number one in his nickname, the first in the game. He will go down in history as the greatest player to ever play CSGO, but only with one major to showcase that title. Naturally, this is disappointing for NAVI, but hopefully, it serves as a wake-up call they need. Roster changes are inevitable in CS2.
Earlier on his Twitter, Thorin also listed 5 actions for Natus Vincere to shine again:
- Get rid of npl
- Remove electronic from the captain's position
- Give b1t comfortable roles
- Forget about pride and sign a strong fragger
- Bring in an experienced captain
Ukrainian analyst Alexander Petr1k Petrik also supported this by stating:
Isn't this the perfect moment for 🇺🇦 NAVI to finally get rid of all the Russians painlessly and rebuild under a much more versatile and modern English-speaking or fully Ukrainian roster?
It's worth noting that Natus Vincere lost their last match in the Legends group at the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 against FaZe Clan with a score of 1-2, which eliminated them from the playoffs.

However, it should be noted that we still don't know the exact release date of CS2. Developers stated it would happen by the end of this summer, but knowing Valve, who knows when it will actually be.
