The spring 19th season of the ESL Pro League will not be without representatives from Mongolia – the country's best team has received a ticket to the prestigious tournament. TheMongolz managed to secure it thanks to reaching the final of the ESL Challenger League Season 46: Asia-Pacific.
In the lower bracket, the team defeated Lynn Vision with a score of 2-1, barely surpassing their opponents on their chosen map of Anubis. The best player, by a small margin, was bLitz, who outperformed his teammate senzu in ratings, but not in the kill-death difference.
The ESL Challenger League Season 46: Asia-Pacific final is set to take place tomorrow, December 10, at 14:00. The Mongolian five will face TYLOO in a bo5 series, with the Chinese team having an initial one-map advantage due to winning the upper bracket final. The winner of the final will receive a prize of $15,000.
