The last CS:GO Major tournament will be held at the Accor Arena in Paris

Today, the venue for the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 was announced to be the Accor Arena.

What is the Accor Arena?

The Accor Arena (formerly known as the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy) is a large multi-functional complex located in Paris, France. It was opened in 1984 and is one of the largest sports venues in Europe. In 2015, the building underwent a complete renovation and was renamed the Accor Arena as part of a sponsorship deal with Accor.

Located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, the Accor Arena can accommodate up to 20,300 spectators depending on the event. It hosts a wide variety of events, including concerts by world-famous artists, sporting events, exhibitions, and many other events.

The Accor Arena has several configurations, including a concert hall where audiences can enjoy performances by musical artists, a sports hall where basketball, volleyball, and tennis competitions are held, and a theater stage where theatrical performances take place.

The Accor Arena has good transport accessibility as it is located near the Bercy metro station and railway station. It is also located near Bercy Village and Bercy Park, making it a popular venue for various events in Paris.

What about the ticket situation?

It's worth reminding that this will be the first CS:GO championship played at the Accor Arena, so it's not yet clear what the arena will look like. But it's BLAST, and we all know they will make it great!

Ticket price starts at €35 and go up to €55 for a seat.

Let's also remind that the BLAST.tv Major Challengers Stage 2023 begins in just 5 days! The tournament's prize pool is $1.2 million.

By the way, we still haven't seen the new stickers yet.
