The organization Falcons has unveiled its new academy roster named Falcons Force, led by renowned Danish coach and former professional player Niels Christian "NaToSaphiX" Sillassen.

Project Background

Falcons decided to build their academy roster from scratch rather than through direct invitations. Initially, an open application process was conducted, followed by a series of scouting tournaments organized by the club, after which the finalists underwent an observation period. This method allows for the discovery of players who may not have had access to major organizations but possess talent and ambition.

The key figure in developing the new academy is coach NaToSaphiX, who previously played for Sprout, Heroic, and Nordavind. His experience as a player and commentator suggests a systematic approach to working with newcomers.
