CEO of Evil Geniuses, Nicole Jameson, has officially stepped down from her position after more than four years with the club. A proponent of branding based on cultural diversity and equality, she will pass her role to Chris Deppolonio, who will temporarily take on the duties of the CEO – he previously worked at Obey Alliance and OpTic.
Scandals
The former director was involved in the notorious Blueprint project. Specifically, after it, the already crisis-ridden EG CS:GO roster began to lose positions in the pro-scene, becoming a laughingstock in the community. Later, management returned to a single-roster model.
A player from the League of Legends roster also complained of psychological issues, after which Riot initiated an investigation into EG's actions.
In 2021, in Valorant, the organization had another failed experiment trying to build a competitive mixed roster with women and men, but they soon abandoned this idea and the team became fully male.

Positive Moments
During Nicole's tenure as CEO, Evil Geniuses had moments of success. She was the initiator of the club's return to CS:GO, signing the NRG roster, which for several months was in the top-5 best teams in the world. EG also won the LCS in League of Legends, and even the aforementioned experiment with a mixed roster bore fruit – potter became the coach of the Valorant roster, leading the team to victory at the major shooter championship from Riot.
