The team 500 became the champion of CCT Season 2 Europe Series 17, but the triumph is overshadowed by suspicions of foul play. After the tournament concluded, professional player B8 kensizor posted a series of clips showing strange moments in 500's matches. This sparked a response in the community, with Tier-1 level players joining the discussion.
Suspicions Intensify
Explain to me how a person always guesses where the enemy is, and when there's an AWP on CT, he jumps over it. 4 identical rounds – 4 different instances, imagination? And of course, they all look somewhere))) This MVP (vacBANNER) shipz, that cerq – cameras are placed strangely. But if you review the broadcasts, their windows offer wonderful viewskensizor

xD crazy things, I agree with you. How well they read [the game]Woro2k
Brother, please tell me that it's somehow taken out of context because what is this?gla1ve
Agree. Hope this will be investigated.Snappi
I've never accused a team of match-fixing or cheating, but this is really strange… 7 different clips with entries from one map and full confidence in the right guesses for each.NaToSaphiX
I said something was off after playing against him 3 times in the last 10 days. I didn't want to complain, but these clips make you wonder if there's something there. Would love to hear from him personally because I've seen some stupid comments from them instead of explanations.jkaem
Welcome to the jungle! Usually, I don't talk about such things, and I don't care right now if he's cheating or not. Valve does nothing (or can't), but TOs don't help either. These are your damn competitors! Wake up and look for alternatives. For example, make players use a camera for full desktop view, even if you have to place it on the ceiling.mopoz

Response from Team 500
Team 500 responded to a comment on their victory post, explaining why some players' cameras were poorly positioned. They also emphasized that they recently won a LAN tournament where no such suspicions arose.
Oxygen plays very close to the monitor and turns his head to look at the minimap - he did this at the LAN tournament last month. (The very LAN we won without losing a single map against similarly leveled opponents)500
Additionally, Partizan manager, the team that lost to 500 in the final, Dejan Atanakovich already expressed doubts about 500 players' movements:
I would just like someone from players who play this game professionally or casually to tell me, what player turns his head to look at the radar? 100 out of 100 players look at the radar with their eyes, and this one turns his head to the left.Dejan Atanakovich
Before our match I asked the CCT to tell the players (Shipz and Oxygen) to set their cameras to the proper position, precisely because of these situations.

Here is an example of how they played before our match against B8. pic.twitter.com/PLPjOdN2rR
VLDN from Partizan noted the strange camera positioning for SHiPZ during matches:
I don't want to bring anyone down or start a conflict, but it's strange that during streams, shipz's camera shows his face fully, and in matches – almost not. And who the hell turns their head to the left to look at the radar before hitting a site? Joever.VLDN
If an investigation takes place, it might alter the position of team 500 and affect the entire CS2 scene. For now, the situation remains open, and the community awaits the tournament organizers' response.
