This incident not only banned him from his account, but also jeopardizes his participation in the upcoming ESL Challenger League Season and FACEIT.
A hacked account and subsequent request to Valve's notoriously slow support team put a damper on shutout's plans to compete. FACEIT's policy against using multiple accounts further exacerbates the problem, making his participation impossible until the situation is resolved.
