Steam account shutout was hacked

Take Flyte's Rifler Cory shutout Frymark is faced with a nightmare situation after his Steam account was hacked, allegedly by a Russian hacker, on Sunday, the player himself announced on his X(Twitter). This incident not only banned him from his account, but also jeopardizes his participation in the upcoming ESL Challenger League Season and FACEIT.

A hacked account and subsequent request to Valve's notoriously slow support team put a damper on shutout's plans to compete. FACEIT's policy against using multiple accounts further exacerbates the problem, making his participation impossible until the situation is resolved.

My steam account was double protected by email and mobile authentication, someone then tried to login to my account from Russia so my steam as a result of being protected private and community banned my account so nothing got stolen. Now I'm unable to play in any future

As a result, shutout is forced to watch his team compete without him. Take Flyte has two matches this week against Party Astronauts and LAG. Luckily for the team, they won't have to automatically lose these matches as they have a registered alternate in former LAG player Santiago X-23 Alvarez.
