The esports organization Sprout announced changes in its CS:GO roster. Rasmus Zyphon Nordfoss was moved to the bench, and Ismail refrezh Ali was removed from his in-game leader role.
The newcomer to Sprout is former Fnatic Rising and Let Us Cook player Mikkel Maze Sparvath. The Danish esports athlete has joined the team on a probation basis and will be its new captain. Whether Sparvath remains in the team will depend on Sprout's results in the closed qualification for IEM Brazil 2023.
Zyphon has played for Sprout since August 2022. With him, the team took 12th-14th place at the IEM Rio Major 2022, made it to the top-4 at Elisa Masters Espoo 2022, and finished 17th-20th at IEM Katowice 2023.
TSM signed a Danish CS2 roster for the first time since 2015
