William Mistergrayhound Grey, founder of Grayhound Gaming and manager of their CS:GO team, explained the problems with delivering the team's merchandise to stores at the venue of ESL Challenger Melbourne 2023. He revealed that the merchandise was taken by pirates along with the ship during transport.
One fan of the organization ordered the merchandise at the tournament venue in Melbourne. When he arrived to pick up his merchandise, it was found to be out of stock. After that, the Grayhound fan expressed his outrage on Twitter, where he was responded to by the club's founder, Mistergrayhound.
