ropz became the MVP at the ThunderPick World Championship 2023

FaZe Clan's rifler Robin 'ropz' Kool received the MVP award at the ThunderPick World Championship 2023. ropz became the first player in Counter-Strike 2 history to receive the MVP award consecutively at tier-1 championships.

The Estonian rifler finished the championship with an average rating of 6.7 across 12 maps played, which is the best performance among his teammates.

Recall that today FaZe Clan defeated team Virtus.pro with a score of 2:0 (Ancient 13:10, Vertigo 19:17) in maps. The champions earned $250,000, while Virtus.pro received $100,000 for second place.

ropz at the ThunderPick World Championship 2023 had a 60.2% probability of killing his opponents with a headshot, which is a very good result:

ropz was also the best player with assault rifles among his teammates, in particular, his rating with the AK-47 was an impressive 0.318! Robin also distinguished himself with the number of multifrags at the championship:

  • 3 quad kills per round
  • 11 triple kills per round
  • 41 double kills per round

However, when it comes to clutches, ropz won only one clutch, and that was a 1-on-1. Overall, ropz had another incredible championship in his Counter-Strike 2 history.

Previously, he also became the MVP of the first-ever LAN championship in CS2 – Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2023. Robin demonstrates that hard work always pays off, as he hardly leaves home after the release of CS2 and has logged over 120 hours in two weeks.
