Revenant loses lauNX due to health issues, will be replaced by an assistant coach

Revenant star Laurențiu "lauNX" Țârlea will miss the team's remaining matches at the Skyesports Championship due to health problems. This was announced by head coach Patrik "pakesZ" Rozsos, adding that he will be replaced by assistant coach and team analyst Chris "Jeebs" DeSantis.

The absence of a key player can drastically change the outcome of matches, especially when the team is already in last place in Group B after losses to Eternal Fire and AMKAL. This is the first LAN tournament for Revenant, which makes every change in the lineup especially significant.

The Skyesports Championship has been a real test for Revenant. The team, assembled in early June, includes two-time Major champion Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt and former Vitality player Nabil "Nivera" Benrlitom. Despite the experienced players, they have yet to prove themselves in Europe.

The group stage of the Indian tournament will conclude on Friday, with the top three teams from each group advancing to the playoffs. The tournament was accompanied by technical problems that caused BetBoom to withdraw, but the event is running more smoothly after a chaotic first day.

Revenant will have to play with a new roster for the rest of the tournament:

  • Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt.
  • Nabil "Nivera" Benrlitom.
  • Kamil "reiko" Cegiełko
  • Adelin "adeX" Nica
  • Chris "Jeebs" DeSantis (stand-in)

This decision is important for understanding the current situation in the team and its prospects at the tournament. How will their game change without one of their key players? Will they be able to overcome the difficulties and show a decent result? Time will tell, but one thing is clear: every match will now be even more exciting.
