MOUZ vs 9z team

The game took place on Nuke where MOUZ started on the attack and immediately encountered problems. 9z initially seized the initiative, winning the pistol round and taking a series of 2 rounds, to which MOUZ responded with two of their own. 9z then surprised both opponents and spectators by taking 5 consecutive rounds, finishing the half at 9-3. The second half began with a 9z victory in the pistol round, but MOUZ managed to rally and took another series of 4 rounds, keeping their chances of a comeback alive. Unfortunately, it was not enough, and they sensationally lost the opening match 13-9, dropping to the lower bracket of the tournament.

Team Liquid vs Complexity

This tournament is important for CadiaN's future career at Liquid, and he decided to start it confidently. On Dust 2, Liquid won 8 of the first 9 rounds on attack, but Complexity took 3 more, ending the first half at 8-4. The second pistol round again went in favor of Liquid, giving them a significant round advantage and a high probability of winning the match. The teams exchanged rounds twice, resulting in a 13-6 victory for Liquid.

G2 vs Falcons

A match full of surprises and unpredictability, where NiKo took on the role of team captain for the first time, and Stewie2K played his first tier 1 tournament after a long time. Anubis began with Falcons winning a series of 3 rounds, to which G2 responded with 5 taken rounds. The half ended 7-5 in favor of G2, setting up an interesting second half. However, after winning the pistol round and a series of 3 rounds, G2 minimized Falcons' chances of victory. Despite this, Falcons took 4 consecutive rounds, increasing their chances, but it wasn't enough, and they lost the match 13-10.

Monte vs Vitality

The first match for Monte's updated lineup at a LAN started on Nuke, where Monte immediately seized the initiative and dominated the first half, with kRaSnaL showing incredible play, leading them to a 9-3 victory. The second half should have been smooth for Monte, but Vitality, after winning the pistol round, managed to take a large series of 7 rounds, in which ZywOo performed spectacularly. Monte managed to take only 3 rounds and pushed the game to the first overtime of the tournament, where, unfortunately, they showed nothing and gave up a comeback from a 9-3 score, losing the match 16-12.

MOUZ will play against Complexity, while Monte will face Falcons, with the losers of these matches leaving the tournament in last place. 9z will play against Liquid in the upper semi-final, where the winner will advance to the tournament playoffs. In a parallel match, G2 will play against Vitality, with the winner also advancing to the playoffs.
