Relog Media, in partnership with 1xBet, has announced the RES Regional Series, a series of esports tournaments in Latin America and Europe with a total prize pool of $1.05 million, to be played out in the first half of 2024. The competitions will be held online, concluding with a LAN final in Serbia.
In South America, there will be four tournaments with prize pools of $50,000 each, and in Europe, six tournaments, each with $100,000 in prizes. Each tournament will feature 16 teams, divided into four groups in a GSL system, followed by playoffs with eight teams.
Teams will accumulate points throughout the series, with the top two from Latin America and four from Europe advancing to the LAN final. Additionally, two teams will receive direct invitations.
The dates for the regional competitions have already been set, starting on February 12th for Latin America and February 28th for Europe. The exact dates for the final in Belgrade have not yet been announced.
Relog Media is known for hosting various esports events, including qualifiers for BLAST Showdowns in Europe and the Home Sweet Home, Pinnacle Cup, Brazy Party and Funspark ULTI.
