While the developers are fixing minor bugs, a truly significant bug has been discovered in Counter Strike 2, which can significantly affect the outcome of matches. Its criticality is added by the fact that it can be reproduced in matchmaking.
To reproduce the bug, Reddit user wh00pert demonstrated that during the equipment purchase, one should select a particular grenade, open the purchase menu with the left mouse button held down, release the button, and quickly make a return. As a result, the grenade will drop, after which the manipulation can be repeated an unlimited number of times.
To simplify the process, you can write a bind for each of the grenades, but we do not recommend using the bug either with the bind or manually. This can result not only in unfairly won rounds but also in possible sanctions from Valve.
