paiN and Legacy won their first matches at the ESL Challenger Katowice 2024, keeping them just one match away from advancing to the tournament playoffs. They will face each other today in an hour, while Monte and MIBR will play for elimination from the tournament.

Match Details

In the first round, paiN faced off against Monte, who were playing their first game at the LAN tournament with their new roster. Unfortunately for Monte, their debut went poorly, and paiN managed to secure a win with a score of 13-9.

In the second match, two Brazilian teams met where MIBR performed much worse, thereby losing the game. Thanks to a dominant first half, Legacy managed to close out the opponent in the second, securing a victory with a score of 13-7.

Best Player of the Matches

Lucas "nqz" Soares stood out as the best player, achieving a convincing score of 8.3 against Monte. Currently, after the first matches, he is the best player of the tournament.

Next Match

In the next match, paiN and Legacy will face each other again in a BO1 match, while Monte and MIBR will play in the elimination match. However, the elimination match will be in a BO3 format, reducing some of the randomness.
