Today, the North American organization Team Liquid announced on its official social media that team sniper Joshua oSee Ohm has left the roster. Only two players now remain in Team Liquid's lineup.
Joshua oSee Ohm had been a member of the team since the end of 2021 and during this time managed to play in 29 championships and earn $750,000 in prize money for the team. However, the team failed to win any championships.
The most significant achievements for oSee during his time at Team Liquid were:
- BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 (5-8th place)
- Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2023 (3-4th place)
- BLAST Premier: World Final 2022 (2nd place)
- ESL Pro League Season 16 (2nd place)
Remember, there were earlier rumors that oSee might be seen playing for NRG in the next season.
Here's how the player himself said goodbye to the team:
My time at Team Liquid has come to an end. Through all the laughter and challenges, I have gained experience and knowledge for which I am immensely grateful. Thank you to my teammates, Team Liquid, and all the fans for your support over the years.
And here's how the organization put a period in oSee's performance for Team Liquid:
Spirit advanced to the semifinals of the Shanghai Major 2024, defeating Liquid
Our time with oSee comes to a close. Watching you transform from the new kid on the team to confident hype man has been a treat and we're proud of how far you've come. Good luck in your next journey and thank you for everything, Josh.
