After an unstable first half of the season, G2 officially announced changes, strengthening the roster with four new members. The team has welcomed two players — sniper Alvaro “SunPayus” Garcia and rifler Matus “MATYS” Simko, as well as a new head coach Eetu “sAw” Saha and assistant coach sheddan.

Remaining from the previous roster are huNter-, malbsMd, and HeavyGod, with huNter- taking on the role of captain.

Joining of SunPayus and MATYS

SunPayus is having the best individual season of his career: his average rating in 2025 was 6.8. As part of HEROIC, he became a key figure and helped the team stay in the top 10 of the world rankings.

MATYS, on the other hand, joins G2 as a promising player with limited experience on the Tier-1 scene. His stats in fnatic hovered around 6.4, but despite the team's inconsistent results, he appeared confident and often emerged as the best player.
