All quarterfinalists of CCT Season 2 European Series #6 have been announced, where the top 8 teams of the tournament will face each other. The following teams will play in the quarterfinals: Monte, 9z, B8, Sangal, Fnatic, MOUZ NXT, Passion UA and SAW.
Interesting fact that Passion UA became the only team that managed to get from the group stage to the quarterfinals. The other teams in the quarterfinals were invited to the 1/8 finals.

For the first place, the team can get not only a reward of $22.000, but also potential CCT points, thanks to which you can get to the main tournament from the organizer. The prize pool for the past CCT Season 1 Global Finals was $500,000, but for the Season 2 finals, the prize pool and tournament format has not yet been released.
It should also be noted that the match between Passion UA and Gaimin Gladiators featured the debut of Nico “nicoodoz”Tamjidi and Fredrik “roeJ” Jørgensen, which ended badly. They lost 0-2 and their ratings were 4.4 and 5.6 respectively.
Right now, the CCT points leaderboard is topped by B8 with 415, with MOUZ NXT coming in second with 275. They will have a chance to play against each other in the finals, which will add more viewing interest if that happens.
This tournament is important not only from a financial plan, but also the importance of earning Valve points, for which teams will receive invitations to the closed qualifications for RMR and RMR itself. The list of invited teams will be published on August 7.
