Nexa may join a new CS2 team

Nemanja "nexa" Isaković, known as one of the best Serbian players in Counter-Strike history, has found a new home outside the G2 Esports roster. He recently left G2's active lineup and is on the bench, paving the way for his transfer to BLEED Esports. Sources close to Sheep Esports have confirmed this transfer, noting nexa's reunion with former coach Aleksandar "kassad" Trifunović.

For the 27-year-old player, this will be his 13th team in his long career, during which he has achieved significant success with OG and especially with G2. Throughout his career, he has won two major trophies, the first being DreamHack Open Summer 2018 with Imperial, and the recent IEM Dallas 2024 with G2, where they competed with stewie2K as a stand-in.

Nemanja "nexa" Isaković's current rating is 5.7, which led to his replacement in the G2 lineup by the young talent Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa, whose rating is 7.0. It is not yet reported whose place nexa will take, as each player's rating is at least 6.0, which is a fairly good result.

Nemanja "nexa" Isaković's transfer to BLEED could be seen as a step down in class for him, as this team is considered a tier 2 team, but he could elevate them to tier 1. There are no details about the team's upcoming matches yet, as the players are currently on a break.
